Blast From the Past

By Supernaut
Hey, Supernaut here making another post and today's topic are those overlooked games of last year. Mainly from the Xbox.

First game that is so overlooked is a game called Jet Set Radio Future. The game has very low sales but it is still an addicting game; it plays well and looks awesome for the time. The soundtrack is above any other soundtrack because it has a wide range of music that plays as you travel throughout the game. The music is played by a pirate radio station called Jet Set Radio, hosted by DJ. Professor K. The idea for the game is very peculiar, the player or players, depends on the situation, are a number of skate wearing youths and skate around a futuristic Tokyo while spray painting various objects. Buy it right now! This only costs about $5, and it has about 8 hours of gameplay for the main story. I'm up to 25:37 hours:minutes in total and within the process of unlocking the last secret character. It can be a hard game at times, but extremely simple at others....very balanced.

Next game is Kung Fu Chaos, my favorite party game! It beats the pants off Mario Party and similar others by a long shot, sad not is that it never sold as well. The main plot is that the player is a kung fu star in a kung fu movie. However, multiplayer options allow four friends to cooperate on different levels within the game. After each round, the player receives a grade on their performance and special features are unlocked. It is an extremely hilarious and entertaining game. Break it out and play it!

Two great games, now only $5 each....What a shame....*Tsk* *tsk.* Anyways, now onto the music review.

This week I review Kill 'Em All by Metallica. Their first album ever, and it was much better than their recent pieces.

The first song is Hit The Lights which is a sick song, probably my favorite on the whole freakin' album.

The second song would be The Four Horsemen, only comment is that the bridge is the only part that irks me.

Third song is Motorbreath, quick to the point, it is fast paced and sickly sweet.

The fourth song would be Jump in the Fire, decent guitar, but the drums and the lyrics get a little repetitive after a while.

The fifth song is (Anesthesia) Pulling Teeth, meh song.

Sixth song is Whiplash, sometimes I just don't like it....Other times I just do.

The seventh song, Phantom Lord, is my favorite song on the album. It is extremely fast paced.

The eighth song is No Remorse, not the best, but not the worst, could say that it is somewhere there in the middle.

Ninth song is Seek and Destroy, one of Metallica's classic pieces, and for good reason.

The tenth song is Metal Militia a sick way to end the album with soldiers marching!

Overall: A 5/5 this is one of their best albums and you all need to get it.

So that is it. Hope you enjoyed it.

I have Kung Fu Chaos. It really is a great game by the way. I think I've heard of some of the songs you mentioned but not that well.

Something to say?
